Christophe BIDAL was sworn in as a lawyer in 1996 having completed:
  • a university education at the Jean Moulin - Lyon 3 Law School, at the end of which he was awarded the following post-graduate diplomas: Magistère in Business Law, specialised postgraduate programmes (DJCE/DESS) in Business Law and Taxation and postgraduate degree (DEA) in Business Law
  • a pre-professional training at the CRFPA of the Rhône-Alpes Region, at the end of which he was awarded the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
Christophe Bidal joined Joseph Aguera at the beginning of 1997 as an associate lawyer.

He became a partner of SCP Joseph AGUERA ET ASSOCIES in 2000.

Christophe BIDAL holds certificates of specialisation in labour law and social security and social protection law.

He primarily focuses his professional practice as a litigator on matters pertaining to individual and collective labour relations, as well as litigation related to occupational health and safety.

To this end, he has formed a team of associate lawyers around him.

Finally, Christophe BIDAL is involved in professional activities related to his practice of employment law and in the initial and ongoing training of lawyers in employment law.
