Flore PATRIAT was sworn in in 2006. Flore holds a specialised postgraduate degree (DESS) in Litigation. She started her career in Parisian law firms and joined AGUERA AVOCATS in Lyon, in 2011, as an Associate. Flore PATRIAT, a Partner Lawyer since 2019, conducts legal activities across the entire territory.

She specialises in assisting companies of various sizes and professional sectors with individual litigation in all areas of labour law. Flore also provides valuable advice during the pre-litigation phase, helping clients define their strategies while assessing costs and risks associated with each situation.
