Mr Olivier GELLER

Oliver GELLER studied at the University Jean Moulin Lyon III, with a focus on procedure and litigation in business and criminal law, after having studied sectarian aberrations (postgraduate (DEA)) in criminal law and criminal sciences).

After obtaining the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession, and continuing his training in labour law, he joined Aguera Avocats as a litigation associate on 1 January 2002.

As a partner since 1 January 2009, Olivier Geller is involved in all areas of employment law, social security law and, where applicable, criminal business law, throughout France, while upholding the firm's values.

Litigation relating to working hours, non-compliance with the safety obligation, or the search for an employer's inexcusable fault, particularly after exposure to asbestos, is at the heart of his legal practice.
