Yann BOISADAM was sworn in in 2000. Yann holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Health Law and a doctorate on 'the patient's consent to the medical act, elements of French law, comparative law and international law'.

He began his career at AGUERA AVOCATS, first as an Associate and then as a Partner in 2004.

He has built up his experience by assisting companies and groups before the courts dealing with industrial tribunal disputes and social security law.

Additionally, he has cultivated a practice of advising these same companies on recurring employment law issues.
